WOMEN'S FREEDOM IN THE WORK OF PARVIN ETISAMI

Abstract

Parvin Etisami, one of the prominent representatives of South Azerbaijani literature, gained great fame not only in Iran, but also in most countries of the Near and Middle East with his instructive verses and instructive poems.

Almost all literary examples of Parvin's literary heritage are grouped thematically, analyzed under titles such as "Outstanding master of representation", "Protest against reaction and social inequality", "Description of women's life", "Description of the life of poor people",  the "Citizen poetess" has been done.

S.A., Kasravi who has a high opinion of Parvin Etisami's poetry writes in his work "About Literature": "One of the poets who responded to the demands of poetry in the post-Mashruta-Constitutional movement  period with his creativity is Parvin Etisami... she wrote poems that expressing high thoughts, thus with his profound, sincere and complete  inferpector works has become the translator of the people soul". [1.p.52]

Themes of patriotism and humanism, motives of sharp protest against social inequality, reaction, and independence were taken as the ideal and artistic criteria of Parvin's poetry, and all his works were interpreted from this point of view.

Parvin's poems about women worthy to special attention. He has written the hard life of the disenfranchised Iranian women who are trapped in the iron grip of old customs and traditions with great skill

Parvin Etisami is a poetess who has the poetic color of the Near and Middle East in general, and formed under the influence of classical Persian literature in particular. In his work, he deeply studied the artistic heritage of ancient and medieval poets Nasir Khosrov, Sanai Ghaznavi, Nizami Ganjavi, Anvari Abiverdi, Jalaladdin Rumi, Sadi Shirazi and a number of others and benefited from them while addressing the topical issues of his time.

Out of the poet's works that she always paid attention to the onlightment of the people, watching injustice of women who were oppressed and victims of ignorance, and showed necessity of preventing this misery only through education and training.

The issue of women became one of main problems in the work of Arif Ghazvini and especially Iraej Mirza. In connection with the probress of the national liberation movement, the issue of women is further developed.

In general, Parvin advises women to be honest and follow the right way.
